Delivery Area
We deliver exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer delivery to other countries.
Shipping Fees
For any order with a total amount under $500, a shipping fee of $26 will be applied. For orders of $500 or more, shipping is free.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receipt and payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time
We select the most suitable carrier among FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, and other reliable carriers. The estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days after the order is processed.
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the order number, the invoice, and the carrier information. You can track your package on our order tracking page by entering your email address or phone number and the corresponding order number to check the status of your delivery.

Delivery Changes and Cancellations
Address changes or delivery cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is confirmed. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.
