Exchange Process

Send the product to the provided address and wait for our receipt.

After inspection, if the product meets the requirements, we will ship the replacement item to your address within 5 to 10 business days.

Refund Process

Fee Rules

If the return is due to a cosmetic defect, quality issue, odor, color difference, or an incorrect product, shipping costs are covered by us.

Returns without a specific reason will require the customer to cover shipping costs.
